In 1998, I took my first 5 Rhythms class and read "Sweat Your Prayers" by Gabrielle Roth. From that moment on I've been dancing/studying . In 2022, I trained with Kathy Altman, Andrea Juhan and Jenny Macke and I completed The Open Floor Teacher Training in April 2024.

In 1998, I travelled from the Canadian Rockies to California to study Flower Essences. I
became the youngest practitioner to graduate from the Flower Essence Services training at the time. I worked with Richard Katz and Patricia Kaminski until 2004.
