With Gratitude, my practice is located on the traditional, unceded ancestral lands of the Amah Mustun Tribal Band. I honor their past, present and emerging elders, and commit to holding a healing space that respects the land and its original stewards.
I am a white, cisgender woman (she/her) born as a settler in Łı́ı́dlı̨ı̨ Kų́ę́ (Fort Simpson, NWT) on Dehcho Dene territory. Spending my earliest years where the great rivers meet taught me how to listen deeply to the land and the quiet, unseen rhythms of life.
As a practitioner, I hold a deep commitment to self-reflection, humility, and decolonizing my spiritual work. I strive to create an environment where power dynamics are minimized and cultural origins are respected. I offer a holistic continuum of care designed to support your mind, body, and spirit through all of life’s major transitions. By weaving together the subtle emotional shifting I use Flower Essence Therapy, the nervous-system-calming benefits of Aromatherapy, and the deeply restorative flow of Reiki Energy Healing. To fully integrate this inner alignment into the physical body, I offer Open Floor Dance. Open Floor Dance is a transformational movement meditation practice and conscious dance inquiry. In addition, I offer compassionate End of Life Doula Care to provide emotional grounding and spiritual companionship during the sacred transition of dying. Together, these complementary modalities create a safe, down-to-earth container that honors your body's innate wisdom, processes stored tension, and restores your natural state of peace.
